The newly installed pool, nestled under palms and spanish moss-dripped live oaks, surrounded by a manicured, expansive yard with ample parking, make 89 Baynard Cove the quintessential Sea Pines rental. Its heated pool and fire pit are available for our guests’ outdoor entertainment year round. Wide-open, single level floor plan, with independent and private bed/bath spaces, and separate living spaces ensure large families, couples, and groups can vacation comfortably in this home.

It includes a large master suite with king bed, adjoining bathroom with separate sinks and large walk-in shower, a bedroom with a queen bed (and twin rollaway) and adjoining full bath, and a bedroom with two full beds and adjoining full bath. Each bedroom is equipped with a cable/device-ready TV. The all-season Carolina room provides an extra, private sleeping area with a queen-sized pullout sofa.

An open living room/dining area is complete with cable/device-ready TV, wet bar and panoramic views to the backyard, pool and lagoon! The kitchen features a large center island with stools for casual dining and conversation, new stainless steal appliances, quartz counters, and all new cooking & eating supplies. Another outdoor dining area, with Weber grill, is available on the new deck just off the kitchen. Everyone will love the Carolina room… cozy, great views, near the fun yet separate and private.

Right off the kitchen, a huge laundry room provides a full-size washer and dryer, and additional storage.

Overall this residence was a very nice place. The amenities in the house were all you could ask for. Kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking supplies/dish-ware you would ever need. The houses open concept was a very nice touch and helped everyone feel together even when they were in separate rooms. While it also maintained privacy with the secluded bedrooms. Property manager was very quick to answer and easy to get in touch with. Overall it was a great place and would fit almost any type of groups liking.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Baynard Oaks! The home is just beautiful and so welcoming. We enjoyed the floorplan and were very pleased with the cleanliness. The location is perfect! We love bike riding, exploring and going to the beach, so the location made it perfect for all of the things that we enjoy! The kitchen was well equipped with all of the things. The beds were extremely cozy. We loved the beautiful pool and enjoyed the quiet surroundings. The hosts were very helpful and responsive with any questions that we had. The property is just as described and incredibly clean. Bedding was comfortable as well as the living room. You could sit in the living room and sun room all day. Cozy and peaceful! Kitchen is well stocked with all the necessities plus more! We would definitely stay here again. Great communication prior to check in/check out and info at the house to explain trash pickup and the little things that make Sea Pines navigation much simpler. Thanks for a great stay!

We rented this house as a multi-family group. The house was spacious enough to allow each of us to have our own bathroom and space to decompress but also with ample room to come together in the kitchen and the Carolina room. The pool was perfect and we were a short bike ride away from the beach. We hope to return again soon!

We had a wonderful time at this home with our family. We made use of the kitchen, patio, grill and pool (the pool was a safe location for comfort with our toddlers). I have to say it is an exceptionally clean! Actually it is even nicer in person than the pictures. The location was in the middle of Harbor Town or the beach. We rode bikes to both locations. We highly recommend this vacation property and hope to return for another visit.

The house was in a great location- short bike ride to all locations. The pool was great for our 2 little grandchildren- paid for heating and worth it. Trees do overhang the pool, daily leaves and seeds needed to be skimmed. Need to bring your own pool toys, towels. Had a wonderful time on the island.

This house was great. It was perfect for our family for our spring break trip. It is in a great location in Sea Pines. It is a 10 to 15 minute bike ride to Harbour Town, the beach, and the stables. The pool was great, perfect for our kids who are elementary school age. We had the pool heated for an extra charge ( which I’d recommend if going in March) and it was perfect when we showed up. My kids were in the pool before we had finished unloading the car! The property managers were great and very responsive and arranged for bikes for us as well. Would highly recommend this house and will definitely look at booking again next time we go to Hilton Head.

Baynard is the very best of Hilton Head living, IMO. It was well appointed with everything we needed (including all the random kitchen items you only ever seem to need when you're in someone else's home!) We spent much of our time relaxing in the breezy Carolina room and by the pool and firepit. The house is perfectly located on a quiet street and cul de sac.

Overall our stay was fantastic. Questions were answered quickly and bicycles were delivered to the house before we arrived. It is a great centrally located residence for bike riding and is in quiet neighborhood. After spending the last few years in a house near the beach, we felt we could stay inland as the house was equipped with a beautiful heated pool.

The house at Sea Pines was amazing! It shows better than the pictures make it out to be (which is usually the other way around). The open airy feeling of the kitchen, dining and living room really makes the home feel large and geared towards entertaining. The bedrooms are all very generous in size and each have their own bathrooms, which is perfect for kids or guests. The kitchen was well laid out and the eat-in island was where we spent most of our meals as it worked perfectly for 4 of us. It came well equipped with dish-ware and cookware but surprised by lack of spices, like pepper. The living room was perfectly laid out with lots of seating options to make evenings very relaxing and plenty of windows for bright and airy afternoons. We requested the pool to be heated prior to our arrival (at an additional cost) and it was the perfect temp for our 1st swim. The backyard flows really nicely and the seating by the pool is very relaxing. Jim and Margot included a bag of firewood for the outdoor firepit area which was great way to end the night. We also asked to have 4 bike rentals and Jim and Margot sourced the company (which was way cheaper than the touristy ones) and arranged to have them delivered to the house and they were waiting on the driveway, complete with baskets and locks, for when we arrived. The house has bike paths right outside the door so it's perfectly situated in Sea Pines with access to tons of trails and paths. Our trip was unfortunately cut short with the COVID-19 outbreak and we had to head back to Canada before airports and borders closed. Jim and Margot understood the severity of the situation and offered us a full credit for the unused portion of our stay which we will definitely be back to enjoy!
