Jim Brown, Property Manager-in-Charge and his wife, Margot, began vacationing in Hilton Head Island in 1994. After purchasing a rental home in 1996 they found that management from the larger rental companies felt impersonal. After moving permanently to the island in 2004, they began a small short term rental business with a strong focus on customer service. They personally greet every renter and are on call 24 hours a day to meet the needs of every guest. Margot and Jim have been married for over 30 years and have three daughters.

Jim has his BA degree from Rutgers University and his Med from Temple University. He was most recently the Athletic Director at Hilton Head Preparatory School and was a Hilton Head Island firefighter for 3 years.

Margot Brown, Business Manager

Margot has her BA from Rutgers University and is a CPA. She is currently the Director of Institutional Advancement at Hilton Head Preparatory School and has spent several years as an Investment Advisor.
