Just off the 5th hole of the famed Harbour Town Golf Course, this gorgeous and spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has large open spaces, a fully equipped kitchen and an inviting back yard with a large pool, hot tub (heat for both pool and hot tub are at an additional cost) and plenty of outdoor seating. Having just undergone some major improvements, this home has a brand new kitchen, grand master bathroom and two guest bathrooms that is fully handicapped accessible. Gorgeous features of the bathroom make it a luxurious addition. The old bathroom was converted into a large walk-in closet. A new fourth bedroom can be used a a den or guest bedroom for great flexibility. (Please note that the master shower cannot accommodate a wheel chair but can accommodate a shower seat if the guest brings one)
The large great room is open to the kitchen and the dining room and overlooks the pool and patio area. The master bedroom and one guest room have king size beds while the third bedroom has a queen bed and a twin trundle bed. Each bedroom has its own private bath for wonderful privacy. There are now brand new sliding doors from the living room to the pool area.
The home is a short bike ride to the beach or guests can drive and park at the beautiful Sea Pines Beach Club where you can enjoy casual dining, arts and crafts, water sports and a gorgeous beach. Or stay at the house and enjoy the refreshing pool and spa. Or ride your bike a short distance to the famed Harbourtown yacht basin where you can climb the lighthouse or do some shopping and enjoy the view. Battery is a quiet cul-de-sac where you can relax and enjoy a beautiful home and a wonderful vacation.

The home is spacious with plenty of room for all guests. The interior layout is functional with a good flow. The home’s location allows for a good access to all of Sea Pines’ activities. The property was very clean. The jacuzzi worked well and allowed for all to be outdoors. The backyard patio-pool-bbq is spacious and useful for all kinds of activities.

This house was nice and quiet in the middle Greenwood Forest. We enjoyed using the pool with our adult children. It was nice having a split floor plan so that the children had their own area of the house. It was a short 10 minute bike ride to Harbor Town, South Beach, or the Beach Club from this location. The house was updated and looked brand new. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking or baking. We used the large dining room for meals as well as the outdoor patio table for the six of us.

We had a great vacation on Hilton Head Island. This was our 2nd time here, first time in Sea Pines. The house was perfect for our large group. Loved having 3 full bathrooms! Jim/Margot the property managers were quick to respond to our questions. One note, to heat the hot tub and pool require advance notice. There is a $50/day charge to heat the hot tub and if you want to heat the pool it’s $100/day. The public access beach is a short bike ride away. Great for morning bike rides on the beach when it’s low tide. We mostly used the beach at the Sea Pines Beach club. Parking there was tricky as spaces are limited. It required a bit of pre planning each day but we made it work. The Beach Club was a 10 minute bike ride from the house. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was a nice size, well stocked and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The dining areas were big enough for us all to sit down together. The drive way fit 4 nice size cars comfortably. The outdoor shower was great, and we enjoyed the hot tub each day. The pool was nice to look at but too cold for us to swim comfortably. All in all, very nice house and I would recommend it to anyone for their vacation.

We just got back from our stay the week after Christmas. It was a great relaxing time and the home was more than we could have hoped for. The master bedroom was recently redone with a large walk in shower, double sink vanity, a walk in closet and plenty of room to get around, which was very important since one of us is in a wheelchair. Having a TV in each bedroom was nice for the other couple that was with us, and the den with a large flat screen TV was a nice place to relax. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Although a little cold last week to enjoy, the backyard, pool and hot tub looked very inviting. Great accessibility for anyone disabled. Can't wait to go back this Spring.
