This 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor villa in Plantation Club is brand new to the rental market. Located on the 9th fairway of Atlantic Dunes, recently voted golf course of the year, this villa has a gorgeous view of the Plantation Club House. We also manage the unit next door (430 Plantation Club Villas) that sleeps 5-7 people, if you have friends or family that want to join you.

View the sunrise from the patio and watch the golfers and bikers head out for the day. The patio has a gas grill that is not available on villas above the ground level. The living room offers ample seating with a wide screen tv with cable. The kitchen was recently renovated, with stainless appliances and black granite countertops. It is fully stocked with everything you need and opens into the dining area and living room. The dining table seats 6 people. The laundry room off the kitchen has full size washer/dryer.

The master bedroom hosts a comfortable king size bed and a flat screen tv. The master bathroom has a private tub/shower/toilet room and a separate sink/dressing area. The second bedroom has 2 full beds and a tv/dvd player and access to the second full bathroom.

The Plantation Club Villas has a secure pool just across the parking lot from the villa with plenty of seating, sun and shade. Just outside this villa are bike racks and plenty of parking. You are also about 100 yards from a Sea Pines Trolley stop that will take you to Harbour Town and other Sea Pines attractions.

This section of Plantation Club Villas is just a 5 minute walk to the beach and the gorgeous and newly constructed Sea Pines Beach Club. The club hosts a restaurant and bar and outdoor seating overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. You have to see it to believe it! This villa is a step above most other villas in Plantation Club and you are sure to have a wonderful and relaxing vacation at 429 Plantation Club Villas!

Check in process was seamless. The place was very clean and well kept. The location was great. It was quiet and a fairly easy walk to the beach with elementary kids. The beach club was close and right at your entrance to the beach. The beach club had good bathrooms and a place to get popsicles and a bar to get frozen drinks. There was also a restaurant but we didn't eat there. We did eat at Frasiers Tavern, which was a quick walk and was very good food. The drinks were good as well. Our condo was a nice end unit on the 9th fairway of the golf course. The unit is well kept and has a nice patio and grill so you can be outside. It is a very central location that was a 10 minute walk to the beach and Beach Club, you can carry your clubs to the golf course, and it's a 5 minute drive to Harbor Town and the Salty Dog. We enjoyed our stay!

As they say with real estate it is location, location, location. Been to Hilton Head for over forty years staying twice a year in almost every plantation. In my opinuon first Sea Pines by far is the best plantation. Bike trails are great, the best beach and so peaceful. The next location is the Plantation Club Villas which is as close to the Beach Club as any of the complexes. Two pools and a bike rental within a two minute walk. The last location is this unit. Stayed at Planration Club at least ten times. This was the first time on the first floor. It is so nice not having to wait for the tiny elevator or walking up the stairs with beach chairs and groceries etc. Not only very convienent but on the first floor you have a large patio instead of a small balcony that barely fits two small chairs. This unit is on the far south end of the very large compex meaning it is closet to the beach. The unit was clean and tastefully decorated. The couches and beds were extremely comfortable. It is very equipped.
