Did you know we coordinate vendor work?
We are available to help the owner by making recommendations for vendors to perform various projects in the home and assisting in securing quotes for those projects. We will be happy to meet with vendors as needed to complete work in your home. When doing this we will let the contractors in to the property and when the work is completed we will return to the property and perform an inspection to ensure that the property is safe and that the work has been completed properly.

Perfect Little Getaway!
My husband and I loved this little cottage, it was the perfect size for us and our dog. It is a very clean and tidy place with everything in it that you would need.We spent many hours walking the neighborhood with our dog, he loved the beach and it was only a short walk along a path. Lots of restaurants close by, supermarkets too if you want cook for your family. This is the perfect place if you want to relax and there are lots of places to go visit too. Would definitely recommend to our friends.
