We are available to help the owner by making recommendations for vendors to perform various projects in the home and assisting in securing quotes for those projects. We will be happy to meet with vendors as needed to complete work in your home. When doing this we will let the contractors in to the property and when the work is completed we will return to the property and perform an inspection to ensure that the property is safe and that the work has been completed properly.

Comfortably cozy chalet
This home had a delightful layout for our family of 8 adults. The open living area was great for us to spread out and enjoy television, games, and meals together. It has a very easy, short walk to the beach and plenty of chairs and boogie boards on hand. Bathrooms were clean. There were plenty of amenities like closet space, fresh linens / pillows / towels, soaps, laundry baskets, kitchen cookware, etc. The house makes good use of every square inch and was easy to feel like a home away from home
