Enjoy gorgeous natural light, inspired coastal décor and a perfect location for taking in all that Sea Pines has to offer in this tranquil home set on a secluded cul-de-sac. 4 Pine Court is a Single Family Detached home with privacy. Three bedrooms carry the coastal theme. The master sees a king-size bed set before a set of sliders offering private access to the outdoor living space. This room enjoys an airy and bright master bath with extra wide vanity with walk-in shower. The second guest room offers a king size bed with beautiful natural light and access to hall bathroom, while a third room offers full over full sized bunk beds. The kitchen is fully appointed with every major appliance, plus a nearby laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer. Sliders along one wall give way to a charming outdoor screened porch surrounded by lush greenery offering an outdoor conversation area and gas grill. We have all the features and comforts you’ll need to have a relaxing vacation & enjoy the natural beauty of Hilton Head Island. As a guest at in Greenwood Forest, you’ll have access to our private, neighborhood pool during the warm seasons (April 15- October 15-not heated), play area, & tennis court (now pickle ball available on tennis court). You’ll also have access to Sea Pines’ Beach Club. It’s no surprise, Hilton Head Beaches, renowned as one of the most relaxing vacation destinations and ranked “#2 Island in the World” by readers of Travel + Leisure Magazine. I can’t recommend this lovely oasis highly enough. The house is accessible to the beach, stores, great restaurants and other necessities (by bike or car). We loved that it’s on a cul-de-sac, not on the main road or a busy street — so it feels secluded and safe for kids. The only neighbors we heard were the local birds! Very well appointed and thoughtfully laid-out, there was more than enough room for our party of 6 even with a few of us working remotely (and there was good internet connection for video meetings, etc.). The couch was large and comfy and the dining table had plenty of room for all of us too. We all enjoyed the screened in porch and the yard. The beds were supremely comfortable and everyone in our party slept super well. The place was very clean and the decor was a good mix of modern plus southern charm. We loved taking advantage of the nearby biking path. Feels like you’re in an enchanted forest with all the pretty greenery and Spanish moss. And don’t forget to go to the nature preserve which isn’t far and can be accessed on foot or by bike or car. The perfect place for a picnic! I’ve rented a lot of houses and condos but have never seen a kitchen so well stocked with quality cooking utensils and gadgets. There was even a salad spinner! We are already thinking about planning our next trip back here! It was a great value for the price.
