Off of the deck you will find lagoons with courtyard fountains, located throughout the complex which offers lovely views of the resort. What a peaceful place to sit back and relax. This large townhouse has 1600 sq feet. Nice architecture with huge windows , which allow all the natural light in. The windows and doors are all new with sound reducing features. Installed Flat Screen tvs are located in the living room and all three bedrooms. Beautiful hardwood floors with accent rugs throughout . The second floor features two bedrooms . Both bedrooms offer a queen bed in each room. One of the rooms also has a separate pull out bed that is tucked away for the kids and can be put away during the day. There is a full shared bathroom located across the hall with modern granite . The third bedroom is on third floor and is the master suite. Features all the extras with a king bed, full bathroom with wide walk in shower accented with large tiles in earthy colors also with modern granite o the counter tops. There is also a vanity area along with a private balcony to sit and enjoy an evening glass of wine before bed. Also offers lovely views of the resort. Listen to the gentle swaying of the trees and find your peaceful place. The hallway closet holds a full size washer and dryer. All the bedding throughout is updated with cottton . Hosts a “coastal theme “ throughout this villa. Plenty of bike racks for storage by the villa WiFi is free with digital cable /flat screen TVs in the living room area and all three bedrooms . Two community pools are located on the property. Plenty of bike racks along with miles of bikes paths for you to enjoy our island. Across the street on the path to the beach is a Cabana for your use with shower and bathrooms while at the beach. Two pools are on site which are treated with salt not chlorine. This is a non-smoking villa and pets are not allowed. The Coligny area has a lot of acitives for the kids also with a play round during season. Lots of shopping and restaurants all located close by .
