You are away from crowds, away from your nearest neighbor. You have a private walk to a private section of beach which is never crowded. You can also enter the back of the 900+ acre forest preserve to walk in quiet solitude. Leeward Breezes is a bright, totally renovated home with beach decor and amenities to enjoy beach-oriented living. An enclosed porch allows you to enjoy the forest setting. The one-bedroom,sofa bed, and full-size kitchen accommodate up to four people. Leeward Breezes is located in Night Heron, located just inside the Sea Pines Ocean Gate. It is located just a 5 minute walk from a very uncrowded part of the Sea Pines beach . The Night Heron homes are free-standing, nestled in saw palmettos, palms, live oaks draped with Spanish moss, tall long-needle pines, and surrounded by lagoons. Night Heron includes a community pool and is also located near one of the entrances to the Sea Pines Forest Preserve. Sea Pines has 17 miles of wonderful walking and biking trails, as well as access to the famous Harbour Town, South Beach, and golf amenities. The home is close to many restaurants and attractions both in Sea Pines and nearby Coligny Plaza. Leeward Breezes is the place for you to spend some relaxing time near the beach in private accommodations. Hilton Head Island has a long history of habitation and has become a wonderful destination for beach-oriented vacations. Sea Pines, located on the toe of Hilton Head Island, is the site of world-class golf, housing, restaurants, numerous leisure activities, all in a forested and tranquil setting surrounded by the ocean.
