15 St. George

Immediately upon entering the house, you will enjoy the expansive lagoon views and calming, beachy atmosphere throughout this newly renovated Palmetto Dunes home. Located on a quiet street, 15 St. George is just five minutes walk to the beautiful beaches, tennis courts, two golf courses, General store and more. Guest will love the open concept layout of the large living and dining room with plenty of comfortable seating and dining space for eight set in the perfect island tones. The fully stocked new kitchen filled with natural light boast stainless steel appliances and a large quartz top island with seating for three.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed with a private en suite. The bright and calming tones, along with window sill seating provides the ultimate relaxation getaway after those great beach days.

Down the hall you'll find the remaining two guest rooms. The first one has two full sized beds with fun and bright linens. The remaining bedroom has a queen sized bed with more of the gorgeous, bright, island vibes and direct access to the private patio of the home. The two guest bedrooms share a full bath with combination shower/tub. All three bedrooms have a flat screen TV and closet space so it feels like a home away from home.

The home has an expansive deck where you can enjoy the fantastic lagoon view, with a grill, dining set and lounge chairs and a fire pit for the guests to enjoy. There is great bird watching from the house and a new dock for fishing and sunning. Brand new pool will bring hours of enjoyment to our guests.
