This updated property offers one bedroom with queen bed with a sleeper sofa with a full bathroom - with a hair dryer. Great for a couple or small family The fully equipped kitchen features a coffee maker, microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishes, utensils, glassware and all the conveniences of home. Sit on the balcony and sip your morning coffee or your evening cocktail, smell the salt air and enjoy a constant breeze. The steps from the villa lead to the parking lot and a very short walk to the beach walk. We have the largest pool on the island along with a separate children’s pool located oceanfront right next to the large beach walk. Adjacent to Jamaica Joez beachfront eatery with famous cocktails and lovely dining experience. A second pool is located by the Admiral Row complex. There are tennis courts on site and includes an hour of tennis a day for four people. This villa is located among 50 acres of property with well groomed bike baths throughout and right on the best “white sandy“ pristine beach. Eleven miles of beaches great for beach walks and bike rides Lifeguards are on the property during the peak season and also rent out beach chairs and umbrellas.
