The yard is fully fenced in for guests to be able to privately sun bathe and enjoy the pool and spa. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.
The kitchen has all new appliances and a high top dining table that seats 8. The living room has a 50 inch flat screen TV and a pull-out couch to expand the sleeping capacity of this beach home. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 37 inch flat screen TV and a private bath and opens up to the backyard that holds a hot-tub, large pool and a tiki bar. The two guest bedrooms each sleep four - one has two full-size beds and 37 inch TV and the other has two sets of twin bunks and a flat screen TV.

Great Home -So close to the beach!
We stayed in 12 Flamingo just a couple of weeks ago and had a wonderful visit. This home is really as close to the beach as they say - just out the front door and walk just a few steps to a gorgeous beach. The back yard and pool area is great for families and the tiki hut is so fun. It opens up for serving with an outdoor refrigerator and sink to serve drinks and food. The interior of the home is very nicely decorated and having those big screen TV's was really a treat. The property managers made the reservation process and our stay very easy.
